Founded in 1967, Nixon Hire is a dynamic and professional family-run business employing over 250 people across all of its sites.
Nixon Hire draws on nearly 45 years of experience to deliver quality, products and services that are second to none from its large headquarters in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and its numerous bases throughout northern England and Scotland.

Fleet Investment
Our ongoing fleet investment programme ensure that we operate one of the youngest hire fleets in the UK today. Being distributers for only leading brands of equipment ensures that we not only obtain plant at the most competitive terms, but also benefits our service in the respect that we stock new machines which can be added to the hire fleet at a moments notice. We also hold spare parts up to the value of £0.5 million so that machine downtimes are kept to an absolute minimum in the event that parts are required.
