Senior Management Changes at Nixon Hire
In preparation for an ambitious future expansion strategy, the board at Nixon Hire have recently made several appointments at senior management level.
Terry King joins the company as Operations Manager. Terry has a successful track record in similar management roles with companies such as Amey, VP (Torrent Trackside), Jarvis and Amec. He will be responsible for the day to day operations of the UK depot network.
Steve Smith joins the company as a Non-Executive Director. Steve was previously chief executive at Northgate Vehicle Hire Plc during a period of exceptional growth, with their fleet size increasing from 2,500 to over 100,000 vehicles in his tenure. Steve brings a wealth of experience in a similar sector with a comparable customer base and similar business model.
Across in the Middle East, Nixon Hire have appointed Chris Britt as Country Manager for Qatar. Chris joins the company from Aggreko Middle East. Chris will be responsible for Nixon Hire's standalone company in Qatar reporting directly to the UK joint managing directors, Chris & Graham Nixon.
