At all times we strive to exceed the expectations of our customers. The commitment to provide excellent service and reducing the environmental impact of our operatons is something that features strongly in the creation of Nixon Hire’s Mission Statement.

In order to achieve such excellence we monitor our activities using a Quality Management System (QMS) which adheres to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2014

Nixon Hire Quality Certificate     

Nixon Hire employs highly skilled and knowledgeable staff who are expected to adhere to the requirements of the QMS within every element of their role. These employees are encouraged to make suggestions that will help the company to improve its working processes and procedures.

A series of key performance indicators measure service provision, the effectiveness of the company’s processes and customer satisfaction. This data is used to ensure that high levels of quality are always maintained as well as feeding back into our objective setting process for continual improvement of Nixon Hire’s systems.
