Nixon Hire strives, at all times, to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. The company has established strong beliefs with regard to providing excellence, beliefs that featured strongly in the creation of the company’s Mission Statement.
In order to achieve such excellence, the company monitors its activities using a Quality Management System (QMS) which adheres to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

Nixon Hire employs highly skilled and knowledgeable staff, who are expected to adhere to the requirements of the QMS within every element of their posts. Those employees are encouraged to make suggestions that will help the company to improve its working processes and procedures.
A series of key performance indicators measure service provision, the effectiveness of the company’s processes and customer satisfaction. This data is used to ensure that high levels of quality are always maintained as well as feeding back into our objective setting process for continual improvement of the company’s systems.
