Mobile Welfare Unit - 12 ECO

Available nationwide for both short and long hire periods, the 12 ECO model is the smallest in our range of welfare units, comfortably seating 5 people. Utilising the whole space of the unit effectively, the innovative welfare unit boasts; a table and seating area, kitchen utilities including microwave, kettle and sink, a unisex toilet as well as a separate drying room. 

With durability in mind, the welfare units are built for a tough life coming complete with unique patented high strength composite panels and a galvanized chassis. These towable units are fitted with modern stainless steel worktops, stainless steel sinks and seamless high gloss wall surfaces for effortless cleaning and long robustness. To ensure the long life of these cabins, we have ensured the units are anti vandal as well as road, shock, water and rust resistant. 

Packed with the latest technology, our modern welfare unit is kitted out with eco-smart technology including diesel heating and LED lights with PIR sensor throughout, minimising the power use of the generator. To create even less emissions and operate in the most eco-friendly way possible, the welfare unit comes complete with a hydro heating system, producing hot water in just 10 minutes and lasting up to 4 hours without the need to use the generator. 

A mobile welfare unit reaps great benefits. They are towable and rail compliant with a hydraulic axis that makes it effortless to set up in just 30 seconds! If your site requires work to continue out of hours, you can rest assured that the welfare unit is low in noise pollution and will cause no disruption to local surroundings.

If you’re looking for a larger cabin or a static model, we have an ECO welfare unit seating 10 people and static units seating 12 people. 

Included in the hire of our welfare units is a free weekly service to replenish the toilet within the unit, making sure it is in perfect working order at all times. We can also arrange for your toilet to be services more regularly if required, for an extra charge, through our welfare unit replenishment service. Carried out by our state-of-the-art tankers, this service will remove any liquid waste that need to be disposed of safely as well as a water refill - all in one quick visit. As well as a free weekly service, we have implemented a SMS service designed to alert a nominated site contact via text message of when our drivers will be arriving to service your units - we can discuss this with you upon enquiry.
