Introducing Nixon Hire's New Site Services Team!

When you hire equipment from Nixon Hire you can be assured that we are here to support you with the items you have hired for the duration of your project.

To make this process as easy as possible for our customers we have recently created a new Site Services Team dedicated to dealing with any breakdowns, site repairs and setup requirements - for all equipment, wherever you are based in the UK.

Who are we?
The team comprises of Site Services Manager Lee Hopkins and our Site Services Coordinators Darren Sutherland, Jonathan Sibbet and Katie Hudson.

How can we help you?
Our Site Services Team is a new team dedicated to handling and organising all breakdowns, site repairs and setup requirements as quickly as possible!

Why have Nixon Hire set up a dedicated Site Services team?

We wanted to create a quick and easy way for our customers to report a breakdown or the need for a repair – and do so with the confidence that this would be actioned as quickly as possible to minimise downtime. We also wanted to make sure that we are always in direct communication with the site in order to give accurate ETAs.

From personal experience, I am aware that ‘centralised desks’ can be misconceived as having a lack of personalisation and reduced service levels. Our Site Services Team has been designed and structured to ensure we continuously improve both!

We guarantee that contacting our Site Services Team directly is the quickest route to resolving your site repair or breakdown and avoiding any further delays for you.

Why are breakdowns and repairs now dealt with from your Central Support Office rather than from my local Depot?

The focus at our Depots is to ensure that every piece of equipment hired is delivered to our customers fully checked, serviced, and looking the part! In redirecting external calls and emails for repairs and breakdowns, it allows them to continue their great work of delivering the best kit to your sites.

What can a customer expect when they call our Site Services team?

Site Services is a team focused on customer experience, ensuring full and transparent communication with you and your sites to keep you in the loop for all site repair or breakdowns as they are planned in and actioned. We recognise that breakdowns and site repairs cause down time and that knowing when a fitter will arrive is key for planning your teams’ schedules and workload.

Anything else you would like our customers to know?

The primary focus of our Site Services Team is site repairs and breakdowns, however as we expand we will be looking at other services that we can offer customers to make their lives easier and become more of a one stop shop. We are already collaborating with our Site Project Management Team to expand on our Site Project offering from planning what you need through to a successful and safe delivery.
