Once you have placed your order and recieved your goods, the customer service does not stop there.  

Whilst we undertake pre-hire checks as well as the
regular servicing of equipment - we know that the reality is that things can go wrong when the equipment is out on hire with you.

Our responsive breakdown service offers:
- A network of highly skilled fitters
- Fast response times to keep you moving
- Response vehicles with fully stocked parts

If a breakdown does happen,  dont worry, we have a dedicated team on hand to help you and to make sure you are back up and running as quickly as possible. In the first instance this may involve asking you to help us diagnose and resolve an issue over the telephone. We find that many issues can be resolved by following the guidance our Service Controllers can provide remotely over the telephone. However if the diagnosis is more complicated, it may also involve a mobile fitter being deployed to provide assistance on site.
