The role will involve assuming the responsibility for Depot Management in the absence of the Depot Manager. Facilitating all hire requirements within the depot, ensuring effective communication between the relevant departments and assisting with the planning to maximise successful delivery to the customer.
- Depot Management or equivalent experience
- Experience of resource planning i.e holidays, absence, training days
- Experience of people management including employee relations
- Management qualification
