Credit ControllerLocation: Central Support Office
An experienced Credit Controller is required to join our team in Newcastle. The successful applicant should have previous experience of working within a fast paced Credit Control office.
The role will involve being responsible for a specific Sales Ledger of circa 1,000 accounts for a range of customers from individuals to blue-chip companies. Regular house-keeping of customer accounts is needed to ensure all queries are answered within a given time limit. The role will involve obtaining credit references and setting credit limits and liaising with Internal staff and customer to sort invoice queries. A ‘Can do’ approach to problem solving is essential along with confidence in dealing with colleagues at all levels of the business in order to achieve the team goal of maintaining debt to an acceptable level.
